McClatchy to cut 10 percent of workforce

Newspaper for Cincinnati's homeless expands press run

CINCINNATI (AP) _ As if the clown nose and wig weren't enough to draw attention, Cleo Wombles does a little shuffle and strikes a pose as people pass his regular spot on a street corner.

Some try to avoid him as he bends a knee, papers in both arms and implores, "Buy a paper?"

MERIDEN, Conn. (AP) _ The Connecticut medical examiner's office says longtime Meriden journalist Kenneth H. Robinson III died of natural causes after collapsing at the Record-Journal newspaper's office.
