The Day in Pictures...Easy to Access in Exchange

Are you running slideshows or montages of the best images of the day? A great source for you is in AP Exchange's Top Pics categories. We've taken the best images of the day, organized them and made them one-click away. To check them out, go to the Essential AP section and click on the US, International, Sports or Entertainment categories. Then, click on Top Pics. To download, just click on the icon with the green arrow.

School of Search on Thursday - Sign up now!

Every Thursday we offer online training on how to find news in AP Exchange. The session runs 30mins. There are two sessions every Thursday - 11 and 4;30 ET. Sharing Watchlists

You can now share a watchlist with colleagues. This enhancement allows you to create a folder of news (text, pics, graphics, video) and share with or send to a colleague. You could send a line-up to other editors, a collection of pics to a photo or online editor and so on. Here's a link to our help guide on how to share a watchlist. Check it out!

Page 1 Advisory Improved

The eds who assemble the Page 1 Advisory are now linking photos to the advisory. It's a nice feature that shows you both the recommended page 1 stories PLUS related images to go along. To check this out, click Essential AP > Advisories & Digests and then Page 1 advisory.
